My background in roofing and solar gave me a deep understanding of how homes are built, how they perform, and how they age over time. not just how they look during a showing.
Over the years, I saw how critical clear communication and thorough inspections are to keeping transactions smooth and predictable.
I founded HausCheck 805 because I believe a home inspection should do more than identify defects. It should give buyers, sellers, and homeowners the knowledge they need to make confident decisions.
