Hi, I’m Alex Albrecht—founder of Haus Check 805. Originally from Frankfurt, Germany and now based in Ventura County.

After years in roofing and solar, I saw a pattern: homeowners were often in the dark about the true condition of their home. especially when it came to long-term maintenance or wildfire readiness.
Inspections only seemed to happen during a sale or after something broke.
I started Haus Check 805 to change that.
This isn’t just about catching problems - it’s about giving homeowners real clarity and control. With deep roots in construction and a passion for protecting what matters, I created a service that feels more like a home checkup than a home interrogation.
