The Haus Checkup is a proactive checkup designed for homeowners who want to stay ahead of maintenance issues, safety concerns, and wildfire risks. This service is not a traditional real estate inspection and does not include a detailed inspection report or certification of condition. Scope of Service Our Haus Checkup is a visual assessment of your home’s major systems and exterior components, focusing on: Roofing and structural elements Exterior surfaces and drainage HVAC, electrical, and foundation (visible areas only) Signs of wear, damage, or deferred maintenance Wildfire vulnerabilities (vents, eaves, rooflines, etc.) What You Receive Following the inspection, we will sit down with you to walk through our findings. You’ll receive a summary report highlighting any areas of concern that may warrant attention from licensed contractors, specialists, or maintenance professionals. Important Notes This service is not a full home inspection and does not comply with the standards used in real estate transactions. The report is not intended for escrow, insurance, or legal documentation. It is a general condition review, not a diagnostic evaluation. Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at or before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
